PT Capitalinc Investment Tbk (The Company) was established in 1983 as a holding and investment company, which is listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange in 1998. The Company acquire several companies enggaged in oil and gas business in 2010 as the Company's expansion to the energy sector.

Currently the Company having six subsidiaries, five in oil and gas sector and one in multifinance services.

The Company is committed to support the fulfilment of domestic energy demand, especially in the ever increasing oil and gas demand by prudently and responsibly managing the Company which in turn will provide value add for all stakeholders.
